Kashmir Ki Kali (1964) & Come September (1961)

The famous musical featuring Shammi Kappor and Sharmila Tagore has a sub-plot taken from 1961 classic “Come September” (1961), where the owner of a big house at a hill station finds out that his caretaker has turned his mansion into a Hotel in his absence.

The romantic angel of Shammi Kapoor having an affair with the girls staying in his house cum Hotel was entirely inspired from the English Classic.

Later in year 1995, Nadeem Shravan got inspiration from the theme music of this English Comedy and came up with a Hit song “Nazren Mili Dil Dhadka”in the movie “Raja” featuring Madhuri Dixit.

Hello Sir!
Come September\'s theme music also inspired  \'Dole Dole\'  from Aamir Khan\'s BAAZI.

Thanks for the info and I will soon add this into the post too.

I think the Biswajeet starrer \"Mere Sanam\" is an almost exact copy of \"Come September\".
