The debut movie of Harman Baweja has its own list of clear inspirations from the English flicks also based on future travelling plot.

The sequence of Priyanka dying in an accident is highly inspired from “The Time Machine” (2002).  In the English original, the hero goes back in the past to change the happenings and tries to save his girlfriend from dying. But each time he goes back she dies in a different manner. This particular thought is more interesting than going into the future and winning over the girl again as in “Love Story 2050”

Other than this, the relationship angle between the uncle and the kid is very similar to the one in “Back To The Future” series. If you surely want to enjoy the Time Machine rides then you must watch the three movie series of “Back To The Future” & “The Time Machine”
